My professional journey has allowed me to launch over 100 products for renowned multinational corporations like Taco Bell, KFC, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Krispy Kreme. I’ve also had the privilege of leading national partnerships with Sony, the NBA, Bobby Bones, Match.com, and MTV. Additionally, I’ve played a key role in evolving Marco's Pizza into a nationally recognized brand, overseeing strategies that contributed to its growth and success.

Work has taken me across the U.S. and the globe to places like the UK, Australia, and Asia, where I’ve climbed the corporate ladder to the C-Suite as a Chief Marketing Officer and now as the CEO of Spark Bamboo -my Marketing agency where we craft winning brand strategies, drive impactful digital campaigns, and elevate customer engagement to fuel your growth.

Among these achievements, the most fulfilling part of my work is coaching women at all levels of leadership and experience to say YES! to themselves—in their careers, businesses, and personal lives. My background as a former Miss Connecticut, a Top Ten finalist at Miss America, Miss Georgia USA, and Mrs. North Carolina 2022 has provided unique platforms to mentor women and young girls on leadership, creating an executive presence, and cultivating a winning mindset. As a Global Ambassador Volunteer with Dress for Success, I’ve had the honor of influencing women from all walks of life, helping them define their own success.

I’m an innovative and forward-thinking leader who thrives on identifying cultural trends to create impactful experiences for national and global brands. I bring the same passion to working with women, helping them uncover opportunities for growth, leadership, and personal development.

Clark Atlanta University’s motto, “Find A Way Or Make One,” has been a guiding principle throughout my life. After a long IVF journey and the birth of my twin boys, I realized the importance of taking control of my time and career. With determination and the drive to pursue what set my soul on fire, I ventured into entrepreneurship, founding IDEA Lab Kids—a S.T.E.A.M. enrichment center for children. This endeavor grew to six-figure revenues in under six months, paving the way for future locations and spin-off businesses. Years of managing integrated multi-channel campaigns, menu strategy, and product marketing have culminated in the joy of creating something meaningful for myself and others.

As a proud resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, I’m deeply committed to inspiring and supporting women to embrace their power, define their paths, and create platforms for lasting impact.
